Deposit & Outstanding Balance

  • Upon agreement of the session date and time, your session will be officially confirmed upon receipt of a $50 deposit.
  • In-Person sessions – The remaining balance of the agreed-upon Energy Exchange amount can be settled at the time of your session.
  • Remote sessions – The remaining balance of the agreed-upon Energy Exchange amount must be settled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session begins.

  • 100% refund
    Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the session date
  • 20% refund
    Cancellations made within 3 – 1 days of the session date
  • No refund
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session date
