  • What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®)?

QHHT® is a technique of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon which she has developed and refined over her 45 year career as a regressive hypnotherapist, working with thousands of clients in countries all over the world.

QHHT® is a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of ourselves that has been called The Higher Self. When we incarnate on Earth, we forget our previous lives and connection to our soul’s and The Source/Universal energy. QHHT enables all people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to engage with The Subconscious, since it resides beyond the conscious mind. The Subconscious is the greater part of ourselves that is always connected to The Source/Universal Energy and has unlimited knowledge and unlimited ability to heal the physical body. Sometimes mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives, sometimes they are connected to lessons being learned in a person’s present life. The Subconscious reveals the cause and will assist according to any soul’s particular lessons.

  • What is Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH)?

BQH is a form of hypnosis that is relatively similar to QHHT. BQH allows us to access the Subconscious, to visit past lives, parallel lives, future lives, life between lives, early childhood memories, or the most appropriate time and place with the intention to heal on the physical, mental, emotional and etheric levels.

  • What is the difference between BQH and QHHT®?

BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) are both forms of spiritually oriented hypnosis, but they have key differences in their approach and application.

QHHT® is more structured and traditional, emphasizing in-person sessions and a specific method for past life regression and healing.

BQH is more flexible, allowing for remote sessions and integration of other healing modalities, making it adaptable to the needs of both practitioner and client.

Here's a breakdown of the primary distinctions:

    • QHHT Development and Origin

QHHT was developed by Dolores Cannon over several decades and focuses on accessing past lives and the Higher Self for healing and insights. It follows a strict methodology designed by Cannon and is often considered a more structured approach.
    • BQH Development and Origin

BQH was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, who was a student of Dolores Cannon. BQH evolved from QHHT, but it's designed to be more flexible and adaptable, allowing for integration of other healing modalities.
    • QHHT Strict Method

QHHT is strictly in-person and follows a highly specific format outlined by Dolores Cannon. Practitioners are expected to follow this structure closely, especially when guiding clients through past life regressions and healing sessions.
    • BQH Flexible Method

BQH is flexible. It allows for remote sessions via video calls (like Zoom or Skype), which is not permitted in QHHT. It also allows practitioners to incorporate other healing modalities, energy healing, or even guided meditations into the session.
    • QHHT Spiritual Integration

QHHT primarily focuses on past life regression, exploration of past lives, and connection with the Higher Self for healing and guidance.
    • BQH Spiritual Integration

BQH integrates a wider range of spiritual practices and techniques, allowing for a more personalized healing experience. It can be combined with energy healing, spirit guide work, or other spiritual modalities based on the practitioner’s expertise.
    • QHHT Certification and Community

QHHT certification is tightly controlled by the Dolores Cannon Institute, with practitioners undergoing specific levels of training and certification through Dolores Cannon’s organization.
    • BQH Certification and Community

BQH has a broader training approach, and while it still requires certification, practitioners are encouraged to experiment with different methods, modalities, and healing tools.
  • What is Introspective Hypnosis® (IH)?

Introspective Hypnosis® is a method that combines several techniques such as forgiveness therapy, role change, past life regression and spirit assistance.

Introspective Hypnosis® helps people journey in search of the origin of physical or emotional distress, relationship issues, etc.

The human body can act as a big repository of repressed emotions. The conscious mind can remove any event or experience that might overload us, as a form of protection. It stores that event in the subconscious mind until we are ready to deal with it. We unknowingly put these repressed emotions “on hold” due to societal concerns, issues in our daily lives, belief systems, religion, or for other reasons. When ignored for a period of time, these issues can manifest in different parts of the body.

It is the objective of Introspective Hypnosis to look for those pending issues that might have originated either in this life or in a past one. You can say it is a form of quantum healing.

Other symptoms can be caused by spirit attachments. Introspective Hypnosis was not only created to help incarnated spirits, it was also created to help disembodied ones; the ones that are lost, confused, or that might have pending issues with the host. Our mission is to help them by treating them with love, respect and affection, by working with them on forgiveness and assisting them to the light to help continue their evolution.

Once the spirit leaves, any symptoms, thoughts or behavior transmitted to the host will be gone with them allowing almost immediate relief.

  • What is the difference between Introspective Hypnosis® and QHHT®?

Introspective Hypnosis® and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) are both powerful modalities of hypnosis, but they have distinct differences in their approach, method, and goals.

Introspective Hypnosis® is ideal for those needing emotional healing, resolving psychological issues, and addressing trauma, whether from this life or past lives. It provides a more versatile approach to healing, focusing on emotional and psychological roots of issues.

QHHT® is best for those seeking spiritual insight, past life exploration, and connection with their Higher Self for answers and healing.

  • What is Past Life Regression (PLR)?

PLR is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives or incarnations. Past-life regression is typically undertaken either in pursuit of a spiritual experience, or in a psychotherapeutic setting. Most advocates loosely adhere to beliefs about reincarnation, though religious traditions that incorporate reincarnation generally do not include the idea of repressed memories of past lives.

The technique used during past-life regression involves the subject answering a series of questions while hypnotized to reveal identity and events of alleged past lives, a method similar to that used in recovered memory therapy.

  • What is Between Lives Regression?

Between Lives Regression is an advanced method of spiritual regression. This spiritual regression allows clients to regress back into the Spirit Realm to remember experience of the afterlife and reconnect with true self and guiding beings.

The history of Between Lives Regression started in the 1980s by psychotherapists who stumbled into the Spirit Realm with clients during hypnotic regression therapy. Thought leaders such as Dolores Cannon and Michael Newton have explored and written about Between Lives spiritual experiences, and have shared their work broadly.

  • What are The Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a collection of records, or the energetic archives of every Souls past, present and future possibilities.

The Akashic Records can be equated to the universe’s super-computer system, or perhaps what today would be called cloud computing.
These records contain everything that has ever existed or taken place, human lifetimes but also the record of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms.
Records have a tremendous influence on our everyday lives, our relationships, our feelings, our belief systems, and the potential realities we draw toward us.

Your own Akashic Records can be accessed through guided meditation or in my practice during hypnosis.

  • How to Prepare for a Hypnosis Session?

    Intentions matter a lot

What is your intention for having a session? There are a lot of reasons one might seek to have a session. Understanding exactly why you are booking a session is helpful to you and to your practitioner as well. Some common reasons people have sessions are as follows:

    • Health

To learn or understand the energetic root cause of specific health challenges and to endeavor to resolve them.
    • Relationships

To understand lifelong patterns with multiple people or dynamics of specific individual relationships to encourage more peace and harmony.
    • Life Path

Usually related to work and employment, many people simply have the job they do to meet to expectations of others, pay bills and are often exhausted, miserable or bored. There may be other options for you out there!
    • Spiritual Origins and Goals

What is your galactic history, what is your star ancestry, what other incarnations have you experienced and how are they affecting the spiritual path you are on now? Do you have aspects of yourself you can integrate to assist you in your current life?

Prepare a list of direct questions & concerns to ask during your session.

A common number of issues/questions is usually around 7-10.
Usually, if someone brings dozens of questions in, they tend to be the same questions that are simply asked in different ways.
Get that pen and paper out and start by writing down as many questions as you have, then look to see how they relate to each other and how you can condense them.

The questions should be about YOU – not somebody else and they will flow smoothly through the session when you put them in the following order of example questions:

    Life & Spiritual questions

    • What is my purpose in life? Am I on the right path? What can I do to help myself get on my spiritual path?
    • What could I do to move into a more purposeful direction?
    • I had something happen in my life. What was it, and why did it happen?
    • I have a lifelong interest in (name ANY subject) can we explore this in depth?
    • How can I create more peace, balance and abundance in my life?

    Relationship questions

    • Is my spouse or relative my soul mate or part of my soul group?
    • I am in a new love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?
    • I have a difficult relationship with my spouse, child, and/or sibling. Why is this, and how can it be healed?

    Career questions

    • I don't like my job or what I'm studying in school - should I quit?
    • What should I be doing instead?

    Health-related questions

    • Why do I have this pain, allergy or illness?
    • Why do I have trouble losing weight?
    • I have had asthma since birth. Why? Can it be healed?

After your session is confirmed, you will be provided with a link to Intake Form where you will include all your questions. You must submit an Intake Form not later than 24 hours prior to your session.

In the Intake Form you would need to include a list of people who have significantly impacted your life.
These would include: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, spouses, children, lovers, and best friends. The list should be as condensed as possible, and should include first name, relationship to you, and a few words about their personality.
    Example: Irene-best friend, spiritual, non-judgmental.

During your pre-hypnosis interview we will review the list of things you want to address

This will serve the purpose of a GPS to start navigating the session, but then your subconscious will have you visit events that you need to deal with.
Your mind thinks you are having a hypnosis session for a reason but your subconscious will show you what you really need to work on during the session.

If you meditate, do so the day of your appointment to help clear your mind

If you do not meditate, then do something that puts you in a calm space like taking a walk or listening to some soothing music.

The night before & the day of your session don’t drink any alcohol

Eliminate or limit your use of caffeine the day of your session. If you normally have 3 cups of coffee in the morning, try just having one.

Eat well, but keep it light before you come in

Our session could go 3 hours or longer. You may want to bring some snacks, and water.

    Dress comfortably

With loose clothing, minimum amounts of jewelry and go easy on the mascara.
Tears are very common, they are “release mechanisms” and are most welcome.

The best advice is to come with an open mind and without any expectations

Your subconscious will be navigating the session.
Even though we will have an interview, it is your subconscious that really knows what you need to work on.

    Your session will be audio-recorded

You may remember some, all or nothing of your session while you were hypnotized so a recording is great and actually important to your process after we meet. The more you hear yourself, the more easily the changes can stick.

Your session is a private session

Even though spouses/partners/friends want to be with you to witness this amazing event it is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session.

We have personally witnessed physical and emotional healing. Witnessing as the clients struggles were made understandable and then dissipated. This allows them to move on in their life in a much happier and healthier way. Please note that your practitioner is not doing the healing. YOU are healing yourself in this guided experience.

The power of this experience is that it is YOU telling YOU what the root causes and issues are and how the healing is occurring. I am only the facilitator, your assistant in this process.

    Remote session requirements:

    • Have a fast internet connection
    • Use Zoom application
    • Use headset with a microphone that goes over your mouth, avoid using earbuds as they may dislodge during the session
    • Have a quiet space where you can be alone and will not be interrupted for up to 4-5 hours

If you have questions about how a session works, please feel free to contact Irene at info@ShiftToQuantumLife.com

  • What are the Frequencies of Brain Waves?

Brain wave studies using electroencephalography (EEG) technology have mapped different states of consciousness, known as Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta.

Gamma waves were first discovered in the 1930s by Hans Berger, a German psychiatrist who was also the inventor of the electroencephalogram (EEG). Berger initially focused on identifying and studying slower brain waves, such as Alpha and Beta waves, but his research paved the way for understanding faster brain wave frequencies like Gamma. However, Gamma waves did not receive significant attention until much later. It was only in the 1960s and 1970s that neuroscientists began to explore Gamma waves in more detail.

    Brain Waves Frequencies:

    • BETA (13-30 Hz). High alertness and focus.

The Beta state is associated with peak concentration, heightened alertness, improved hand-eye coordination, and enhanced visual acuity.
    • ALPHA (8-13 Hz): Relaxed awareness, meditation, and creativity.

The Alpha state is a realm of deep relaxation, yet not quite meditation. In this state, we begin to tap into the vast reservoir of creativity that lies just beneath our conscious awareness. It serves as a gateway, the entry point to deeper levels of consciousness and expanded awareness.
    • THETA (4-8 Hz): Deep meditation, light sleep, dream recall.

Theta is often called the 'twilight state'—a phase we typically experience only briefly as we transition from deep Delta sleep to wakefulness or as we drift off to sleep. In Theta, the mind enters a waking dream state filled with vivid imagery, and we become more receptive to insights beyond ordinary conscious awareness. This state is also recognized as a gateway for enhanced learning and memory retention.
    • DELTA (0.5 to 4 Hz): Deep, restorative sleep.

Delta is associated with deep, restorative sleep and a state of formless awareness or long, wandering thoughts. In Delta, we connect to the Universal Energy Field, tapping into this source to revitalize both mind and body.
    • GAMMA (between 30–100 Hz, with an average around 40 Hz): High-level processing, peak focus.

Gamma waves are associated with heightened focus, intense cognitive processing, and high levels of thought. Studies have shown that Buddhist monks, especially those with thousands of hours of meditation experience, can produce unusually high levels of Gamma brain waves.
  • What are the Healing Frequencies of the Human Body?

The healing frequencies of the human body are specific sound frequencies believed to have therapeutic effects on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. These frequencies are often associated with the concept of sound healing or vibrational therapy.

    Healing Frequencies:

    • 7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance), the Earth's natural electromagnetic frequency, can help the body synchronize with the planet's energy, offering grounding and balancing effects.
    • 174 Hz has a different positive effect on human health
    • 285 Hz activates the body into cellular regeneration, encouraging it to heal itself
    • 396 Hz transforms negative emotions into positive, joyful ones
    • 417 Hz removes negative energies, dissolves emotional blockages
    • 432 Hz known as the 'natural frequency,' resonates with the natural world, bringing harmony and healing to the body and mind, while fostering greater mental and emotional clarity.
    • 440 Hz aids in cognitive development
    • 528 Hz known as the love frequency, creates miracles and transformations
    • 639 Hz produces positive feelings and greater attunement to harmonious interpersonal relationships
    • 741 Hz helps in finding solutions and self-expression
    • 852 Hz redirects the mind away from overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and negative thought patterns
    • 963 Hz is associated with higher spiritual development and connection to the source of all humanity
  • What are Tuning Forks?

Tuning forks are metal instruments that are used to produce sound at fixed frequencies. The sonic vibrational frequency of Tuning Forks increases energy flow in the body, which improves circulation and removes blocked energy within the body. This results in many benefits including the heightening of self-awareness.

  • What are Chakras?

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

    7 Chakras:

    • Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine in the tailbone area.

Root Chakra represents our foundation. When it is open, we feel confident in our ability to withstand challenges and stand on our own two feet. When it's blocked, we feel threatened, as if we're standing on unstable ground.
    • Sacral Chakra is located in the lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel.

Sacral Chakra helps inform how we relate to our emotions and the emotions of others. It also governs creativity and sexual energy. Those with a blocked Sacral Chakra could feel a lack of control in their lives.
    • Solar Plexus Chakra is located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area.

Solar Plexus Chakra speaks to your ability to be confident and in control of your life. If your Solar Plexus Chakra is blocked, you might feel overwhelming amounts of shame and self-doubt. Those with open Solar Plexus Chakra are free to express their true selves.
    • Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest, just above the heart.

Heart Chakra is the bridge between the lower chakras (associated with materiality) and the upper chakras (associated with spirituality). This Chakra can influence our ability to give and receive love from others and ourselves. Someone with a blocked Heart Chakra will have difficulty fully opening up to the people in their life. If someone's heart is open, they can experience deep compassion and empathy.
    • Throat Chakra is located in the throat.

Throat Chakra gives voice to the heart chakra and controls our ability to communicate our personal power. When it's functioning at full capacity, it allows us to express ourselves truly and clearly. Someone with a blocked Throat Chakra will feel like they have trouble finding the words to express how they truly feel.
    • Third-Eye Chakra is located in the forehead between the eyes.

Third-Eye Chakra controls our ability to see the big picture and connect to intuition. Visions and intuitive hits are not uncommon for someone with an open Third-Eye Chakra.
    • Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head.

Crown Chakra is the highest chakra. It represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. When you fully open your Crown Chakra you are able to access higher consciousness.
  • What is Quantum-Touch® (QT)?

Quantum-Touch® is a powerful quantum healing technique that works with the Life Force Energy of the body to release physical distress in the body and promote optimal wellness.

Quantum-Touch method triggers the innate ability of the body to heal itself and aims to support this process by amplifying the body’s own healing energy. It operates on the principle that the practitioner acts as a facilitator rather than a “healer.” Ultimately healing comes from within the individual rather than being something imposed from an external source.

Quantum Touch practitioners are helping clients to get to the right state of relaxation and energy level to initiate a self-healing.

  • How Does Quantum-Touch Compare to Reiki?

You can find a detailed description about difference between Quantum Touch & Reiki in this link,

  • What is energetic DNA health assessment and activation?

Energetic DNA health assessment and activation is a multidimensional energetic process that uses consciousness and sound vibration to support reconnection with original energetic blueprint and to activate greater coherence across the mind, body, and spirit.

  • How is Intuition Manifested?

Intuition can be used during energy healing by both the practitioner and the client. Intuition comes in many forms, often known as the “Clairs.”

These are the ways we receive intuitive insights:

    • Clairvoyance

Clear Seeing: Receiving visual images, symbols, or flashes in the mind’s eye.
    • Clairaudience

Clear Hearing: Hearing messages, sounds, or words that aren’t from the physical realm.
    • Clairsentience

Clear Feeling: Sensing emotions, energies, or physical sensations from people or environments.
    • Claircognizance

Clear Knowing: Suddenly knowing information without logic or reasoning—an inner “aha” moment.
    • Clairalience

Clear Smelling: Smelling scents that have no physical source, like a loved one's perfume.
    • Clairgustance

Clear Tasting: Tasting something without eating, often linked to spirit communication.
    • Clairtangency

Clear Touch: Receiving information through touch, like holding an object and sensing its history.
  • What is Transcendental Meditation (TM)?

Transcendental Meditation is a simple, effortless meditation technique developed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It involves silently repeating a specific mantra (a sound or word with no meaning) for 15–20 minutes, twice a day, while sitting comfortably with eyes closed.

Unlike mindfulness or concentration-based practices, TM doesn’t involve focusing or trying to “empty the mind.” Instead, it’s designed to let the mind settle naturally into a deeply restful state — what TM teachers call “transcending.”

  • What is Grounding?

Grounding refers to the practice of connecting with the Earth, both physically and energetically, to bring oneself back into the present moment and stabilize emotions, thoughts, and energy. It helps create a sense of balance and calm by focusing on the physical body and surroundings.

Grounding can be achieved through activities like walking barefoot on natural surfaces, focusing on breathing, or visualizing roots extending from your body into the Earth. This practice is often used to manage stress, anxiety, or overwhelm, helping people feel centered and more connected to their environment.

About Emotional Release

  • What is Emotional Healing?

Emotional Healing involves integration of the fragmented parts of our soul. This helps us understand a past experience and take it a step further by resolving it fully, so that it has no further emotional response whatsoever. With emotional healing, the past traumatic experience will no longer control our thoughts, feelings or emotions.

  • What is Inner Child Healing?

Inner Child Healing is a process of addressing the emotional imprints left by childhood experiences. The inner child represents the younger version of ourselves, and the memories, emotions, and beliefs carried by the inner child can influence our adult behaviors and relationships.

  • What is a Soulmate?

A Soulmate is a person with whom you share a deep, natural resonance at the level of the soul. These connections often feel familiar, supportive, and aligned, as if you have known each other beyond this lifetime. Soulmates can come in many forms: romantic partners, friends, family members, or even brief yet meaningful encounters.

Their purpose is to support person’s growth, bring harmony, and help to experience love, understanding, and emotional connection. Soulmate relationships are often nurturing and can feel stable, grounded, and uplifting, even when they challenge you to evolve.

  • What is a Twin Flame?

A Twin Flame is a single soul that expresses itself in two people. This connection is often intense, transformative, and deeply activating on all levels emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.

Unlike Soulmates, Twin Flame connections are not primarily about comfort, they are about awakening. They mirror person’s inner world, bringing unresolved patterns, wounds, and strengths to the surface so they can be recognized and transformed.

This journey can include periods of closeness and separation, as each person grows into greater alignment with their higher self. The ultimate purpose of a Twin Flame connection is spiritual evolution, self-realization, and the embodiment of unconditional love.

  • What does ‘Holding Space’ mean?

‘Holding Space’ means being fully present for someone, physically, mentally, and emotionally, without offering judgment or trying to fix their situation. It involves creating a safe and supportive environment where the other person feels seen, heard, and respected, allowing them to express themselves openly and process their emotions.

  • What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of and paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves observing your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without reacting to them.

    Practicing Mindfulness can help:

    • Reduce stress and anxiety
    • Cope with difficult situations
    • Improve and sharpen concentration skills
  • What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping?

EFT is an alternative treatment for physical and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.

Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself, and accelerate healing.
